We are an independent recruitment and placement agency and not the employer of the candidates. Our activities are limited exclusively to facilitating the placement of workers with external employers in Germany and the European Union.
There is no employment relationship between our organization and the candidates. Any potential employment relationship is established exclusively and directly between the respective employer and the candidate.
For the job placement itself, we do not charge any recruitment or placement fees to applicants. Candidates do not pay any fees for a successful job placement and do not pay any fees for entering into an employment contract with an employer.
Independently from the recruitment process, we offer candidates a voluntary administrative service. This service may include, in particular:
the registration of a candidate profile in our system
the formal verification of submitted documents (e.g., educational certificates, CV, identification documents)
the preparation of application documents for international employers
For this separate administrative service, a one-time fee of up to EUR 20 may be charged.
This fee is solely intended to cover administrative costs related to profile registration and document verification and does not constitute a recruitment or placement fee.
The use of this service is entirely voluntary and not a requirement for potential future job placement.
In the event of a successful placement, costs associated with preparing the employment process—where applicable—are covered directly by the respective employer or by relevant programs. These may include, among others:
visa and immigration procedures
language courses or preparatory qualification programs
recognition of professional qualifications
travel and flight costs
additional organizational or administrative measures
The specific services, benefits, and conditions are agreed exclusively between the employer and the candidate.
Our role is limited to:
identifying suitable candidates
establishing contact between employers and applicants
and providing organizational support during the recruitment process
We do not assume the role of an employer, do not take on labor law obligations, and do not assume responsibility for the contents of the employment contract, which is concluded exclusively between the employer and the employee.
